Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva

Our steep vineyards are exposed to the South, the soils are very warm. The Cabernet vines are growing under ideal conditions. Yield about 5000 kg/ha. Late harvest, after the middle of October. Blended with a 10 % of Merlot.

Aging in small oak casks, for 18 months, ripe berry fruits, mineralic, a nordic style Cabernet Sauvignon, fresh, aromatic and easy to drink, smooth tannins and great aging potential, up to 15 years
