Passaurum

A sweet wine made of Goldmuskateller grapes, with a small percentage of Sauvignon blanc. After drying for 3 months, the grapes are pressed, and the juice starts fermentation. The selection of the grapes before and after drying is a very hard job and takes many hours, a great effort for a great dessert wine.

A sweet dessert wine, very intense aromas, ripe pears, apricots, roses, good acidity.

Aging in a small steel cask for one year, bottling in March. It is produced only in some years.
