Passaurum.

Stonefruit, Flowers and Pepper

The name Passaurum is a fusion of the words ‘Passito’ (italian for straw wine) and ‘Aurum’ (latin for Gold. A hint to the varietal Moscato Giallo with it’s deep yellow to golden berries when ripe).

Only in the best vintages we produce a few hundred bottles of this sweet wine, which is made of Moscato Giallo and Sauvignon.

The grapes for this wine are late harvested and layed into small boxes to dry them for a couple of months. It’s indulgent aromas of marmalade and ripe apricots, luscious sweetness, low alcohol content and crisp acidity make it a true delicacy.
